REGISTERED VOTERS

All registered voters in Oronoko Charter Township will receive a new Voter ID card indicating changes to Federal, State and County districts as the result of the 2021 Census data information.   We are required by law to mail voter ID cards to all voters at the address listed in the Qualified Voter File. Please reference: MCL 168.499(3)
If you receive a voter ID card for someone who no longer resides at your address, please return it to the Township.  If possible, please provide any information (new address/location etc.) that you may have on that voter. If you have any questions, please contact the Township Hall office by phone: 269-471-2824 or send an email to deputyclerk@oronokotownship.org.

NOTICE OF ORONOKO CHARTER TOWNSHIP BOARD VACANCY

Oronoko Charter Township is seeking candidates for a partial-term Trustee position on the Board of Trustees, due to the resignation of Trustee Robert Palmer.  Once appointed, this individual will serve until noon on November 20, 2024.
Interested individuals shall meet the legal requirements of being:

  • a U.S. citizen,
  • at least 18 years of age and registered to vote,
  • a resident of the township for at least 30 days prior to the date of submitting a resume.

All resumes must be received in the township office at 4583 E Snow Rd./PO Box 214; Berrien Springs, MI  49103 or e-mail to supervisor@oronokotownship.org no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 7, 2022.
